5K Fun/Race - 8:00AM Start

Starting out front the fire station, around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back around Carenage, along Port Highway to Tropicana and back to Burns point twice.


Olympic, Sprint, Try-a-Tri, Junior 13-15 Race - 8:30 AM Start - (Running Concurrently)

The Sprint and Junior 13-15 race can be done as a relay. Athletes CANNOT do both individual and relay.

Olympic 1500m swim 40km bike 10km run
 Sprint 750m swim 20km bike 5km run
 Try-a-Tri 400m swim

SwimOlympic distance athletes will do 2 x 750m laps of a triangular course in St. George’s harbour starting at Burns Point. Sprint distance athletes will do the same lap once. Try-a-Tri and 13-15 year olds will do a shortened triangular lap.
BikeAthletes will leave transition in front Customs House and mount outside the fire station and proceed around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back around Carenage, along Port Highway and Lagoon road to U-turn at Belmont traffic lights and back to Burns point. Olympic distance athletes will do 8 laps, Sprint distace athletes will do 4 laps, Try-a-Tri and 13-15 year olds will 2 laps.
RunAthletes will leave transition in front Customs House and proceed around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back around Carenage, along Port Highway to Tropicana and back to Burns point. Olympic distance athletes will do 4 laps, Sprint distance athletes will do 2 laps, Try-a-Tri and 13-15 year olds will 1 lap.
TransitionThis will be completely contained in the Customs House Parking lot


Coca Cola 800m Open Water Swim - 12:00 noon Start

Athletes will do 2 x 400m laps of a triangular course in St. George’s harbour starting at Burns Point.

Bike Race - 12:20 PM Start

Athletes will do 10 laps of a 1.5km course along the carenage.


Children's Races - 1:00 PM start

These races can be done as a relay. Athletes doing the individual event CANNOT also do a relay. Children in a relay team must ALL be in the same age category.

SwimThe swim for all kids’ events will take place in front the fire station.
Bike6 & Under: 50M from Burns point along the Carenage and back
7 - 8: Around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back to burns point.
9 - 10: Around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back to Burns point twice.
11 - 12: Around the Carenage to Hubbards, U-turn and back to Burns point four times.
Run
6 & Under: 50M from Burns point along the Carenage to an orange cone and back
7 - 8: 125M from Burns point along the Carenage to an orange cone and back
9 - 10 250M from Burns point along the Carenage to an orange cone and back.
11 - 12 500M from Burns point along the Carenage to an orange cone and back.
