course as of 22/04/08. Changes made in red.
Caution- 2 speed bumps have been unexpectedly built on the Lance Aux
Epines road at the Campeche Hill junction. Riders will need to proceed with
care.
The 21st annual Grenada triathlon will be taking place at Lance Aux Epines Cottages on 3rd & 4th May 2008.

On Saturday races start at 9am with the junior races. All races take place within Lance Aux Epines

We will start the races with the 7-8 age group; the13-15 age group & Try a Tri will run at the same time. The final race of the morning will be the 6 & under age group. Registration fee is EC$25.00/US$10 and all participants will receive a T-shirt, swim cap and participation medal. First male & female in each age group will receive a trophy which will be presented on Sunday after the fun relay events.
This year for the first time we will have relay categories in the Sprint and Olympic distances on Saturday that will race alongside the individual participants; we will also be using a chip timing system. The Insurance Consultants Sprint and Olympic distance races will run together and start after the children’s events at around 12 noon.

Registration fee for individual Sprint entrants is EC$70/US$25.00. Registration fee for individual Olympic entrants is EC$95.00/US$35. Sprint and Olympic relay teams are EC$55.00/US$20 per person. All participants will receive a T-shirt and BBQ dinner ticket for the awards at Dodgy Dock Saturday evening May 3rd at 7pm. Swimmers will receive a swim cap that must be worn during the race. Trophies will be awarded to the overall winners, Olympic and Sprint National Champions and 1st place in each age group.
Overall Olympic distance winners will also receive cash prizes.
Registration Deadline for ALL of Saturdays events is May 2nd 2008 7 p.m. You MUST pay and collect your packet at the Dodgy Dock between 4 – 7pm on that date. Online registration is available and we encourage you to use this facility to save you time at registration and assist us with our planning for the event (unfortunately we cannot accept payment online).
Sunday is Digicel Funday – May 4th 2008
We will take registrations for the fun relays up until 11:30 am. With the Sprint and Olympic distance relays taking place on Saturday the Digicel fun day will have four shorter races suitable for all ages and abilities. The total age of your team as at 31st December 2008 determines your category.
